Hi lovelies!
We love everything Fall related – pumpkin patch, farm animals, apple cider donuts, the corn maze, hay rides and everything else. We established a few must visit pumpkin patches and the first one was today!
Because doing all the Fall basics with your little ones is a must and here are snippets from our morning at the Johansen Farms.
Last year Mateja was too little to enjoy the farm, but I am that type that doesn’t want to leave him out of activities even if he is little. So this year, he got his first full experience at the pumpkin patch and he loved it. He was all over. He wanted to feed the animals, and wasn’t afraid at all. He picked up little chicks and wanted to bring one along. He cried when we had to let it down. We picked mini pumpkins, one large pumpkin and brought some apple cider donuts for home.
We love this farm because it is spacious and although it was the weekend and there were countless of people, there was plenty of room for the boys to run around at their own pace without me losing my mind. We didn’t bring a stroller, just a backpack. They were both beyond happy at the little toddler park which had the bouncy houses and slides. It was perfect for both to enjoy finally. Another reason we love this farm is because you pay one admission fee and get to enjoy all the rides, the train rides and hayrides.
Thank you for having us Johansen Farms! We loved it, see you soon!
Stay tuned for our next Fall adventure…..
Xoxo,
Vesna
