Hi beauties!
Thanks for joining me on this pregnancy journey in style! We have currently hit the third trimester at 28 weeks, which means it only gets harder from here! But, I will continue to share my pregnancy style with you all until baby Anastasija arrives! Oh wait, did I just reveal the name we picked out for our baby girl? 🙈🙉 Yes, clearly intentional! ANASTASIJA.
The whole reason I am sharing all my pregnancy styles with you is in hopes of inspiring other expecting mamas to embrace their growing bellies, and to show that you can still look great while being pregnant. And, although those fave jeans may not fit anymore you should embrace your body as it grows another human being inside (I mean, hello, it’s a miracle!!) and still be the best version of yourself. If you find yourself not wanting to brush your hair in the morning, or even take a shower and cruise around in sweats and your hubby’s shirt all day every day, that’s fine BUT this post (and all others) are to show you that you can feel and look great while pregnant too! Like this TRENCH COAT! (I also love this color too)It can be worn like this, with a tie on the side or you can open it and let that belly pop. Nothing makes me happy then taking a shower, curling my hair in five minutes (yes, it only takes me five minutes after blow-drying it) and adding some basic make-up. I promise you, you will feel better too! Get up, get dressed, get dolled up and take a selfie 😆
One thing about being pregnant in Fall & Winter, it’s all about LAYERING for that perfect maternity style! One of the key things is having maternity leggings, and these are my favorite as well as maternity tank tops and t-shirts. I have this tank top in all colors, and this t-shirt in black & white. I also have this long-sleeve shirt in couple of colors too. Then all you need is some fabulous sweaters to layer over, a few scarves to switch it up and your favorite boots! Your style can be simple yet comfortable making you look put together – which is pretty much what I do! I have my basics and everything else is layering, layering and some more layering. PS: I am not buying maternity sweaters, I use all the ones I have and create looks with them. I just buy the maternity basics.
