Hi beauties!
Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I had to share this outfit from the weekend with you all as I am obsessed with these jeans! This was my weekend outfit for a coffee date with my bff. Bestie and I started this new thing of exploring new coffee places each week and on Saturday morning we enjoyed perfectly made lattes at Blackberry Market in Glen Ellyn. It’s the cutest little coffee shop in town, offering full breakfast menu, freshly made pastries and the best lattes. If you saw my insta stories, that macaroon was sooooo good! You should definitely check them out if you’re local.
I love this casual outfit. It’s perfect for brunching with the girls or coffee dates. You already know my love for distressed denim, but this wash and the high waist combined are amazing! I love high waist jeans! This is a girlfriend style, so it’s a bit more comfy and suppose to be slightly loser. I rolled them up a bit to style them with these ankle boots, which by the way are so comfortable! They’re constantly on repeat. Anyways, I am short, so I have to roll up my jeans a bit more than most people.
I decided to style these vintage wash denim with this lightweight sweater and ankle booties. This sweater is the perfect transition to Spring. It’s not heavy or bulky, and sits nicely with these jeans or any jeans really. I like that it’s shorter, so I can tuck in a bit in front to show off the curves. And, can we talk about this crossbody? I am obsessed with it! It fits the essentials for a coffee date.
