Cold Weather Style Inspiration with Ann Taylor
Happy Wednesday morning, loves! I really cannot believe we are already in December, time is flying but I am super excited for the Holidays! We have all of our decorations up, anyone else? It’s that time of the year we all want to be cozy and warm. I get a lot of questions from you guys about staying cozy and warm while still being stylish. Like, what are some key pieces to have in the closet for Winter. And for that reason, I wanted to share this super easy yet chic outfit with you.
I partnered up with Ann Taylor to bring you some style inspiration, and had so much fun picking out these pieces with the friendliest staff at Ann Taylor in Oakbrook Center. So over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing a few different outfits.
Today’s post is all about cold weather accessories and the coziest pieces to keep you warm while looking chic.
You already know how much I love the outdoors, and just being out and about with my babes! Well, I also love being comfy and cozy while looking chic. I put this outfit together as it best fits my current lifestyle of being a mom of three, entrepreneur and boss babe.
Pom Pom Beanie
We live in the suburbs of Chicago, and it gets pretty cold during Winter months but nothing keeps me from wearing hats. On the plus side, it hides the unwashed hair and dry shampoo. Ann Taylor has the cutest beanies I ever did see and their scarves are to die for. I particularly fell in LOVE with this one and this one is on my wish list.
Leopard Calf Booties
Ann Taylor pieces are not only quality and great investment, but they are comfy and classic. They make you feel like a million bucks, like these booties. They are SO comfortable, you guys! And, the quality is just out of this world. Anyone that shops at Ann Taylor already knows exactly what I am talking about. The moment I saw these I already envisioned them on repeat this season. In my personal opinion, this print never goes out of style.
Gray Blazer Jacket
I really like the fact that this coat blazer can be worn tied in the front or you can tie the bow in the back and keep it open for a different look. This jacket is warm, and fits really nice. It’s such a classic and can be dressed up or down. You can wear it with a skirt, pants or dress. Pieces like this I love investing in, and especially a classic color like this gray or black.
Lately I have been obsessed with turtlenecks, as you may have already noticed and this one was love at first try-on. The moment I put it on I knew I had to get it. It’s super lightweight yet so cozy, and works so well with pants, tucked into skirts or work over leggings like this. Top it with this jacket and you are golden, mama!
I live in leggings, like on daily basis! And, a classic ponte pair is a must have in the closet. These are so soft, and hold their shape so well. I would say they are mid-rise which works well for this postpartum mom bod! Please tell me you have a pair of leggings in your closet too! Yes? Okay.
Hope you find some inspiration in the photos below, and don’t let the cold weather keep you from being stylish!
Thank you to Ann Taylor for sponsoring this post. All opinions are completely my own.
