Why I became a Beautycounter Consultant

Hi loves! So yesterday I made the big announcement over on my Instagram page that after months of brainstorming, I finally decided to take a leap and join Beautycounter team! I am officially a Beautycounter Consultant, and oh my gosh does it feel amazing! It feels powerful, like being part of something big, something ever changing. You know what I mean?

After leaving my corporate job a little over a year ago, I never imagined I would be doing what I am doing today: being a blogger, an influencer, content creator and now a Beautycounter consultant. I have said it before and I’ll say it again, I truly believe in the products and companies I work with.

Safer Beauty

I love that Beautycounter not only makes products that perform, but also safer products for your skin. They are on a mission to educate about using clean ingredients and not harmful, toxic ones. They test, and screen rigorously and have a Never List of 1500+ ingredients they don’t use. I honestly cannot believe that the last time the Congress passed a law regulating the cosmetic industry was in 1938! But the more you read and research the more you know about the products you are using and the ingredients in them.

Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t throw out all my makeup and bought everything Beautycounter. But, what I did do is buy Beautycounter makeup as I used up my other makeup. I don’t believe in wasting money, and I suggest you make a slow swap if you’re thinking about it.

I am being very honest when I say I tried Beautycounter makeup and just fell in love. Let’s say you don’t care about safer products (personally, I think you should but regardless let’s say you don’t) Beautycounter makeup is amazing! No joke! The flawless in five really makes you flawless in five! Okay, who doesn’t want that? Being a busy mama of three and running my own business I don’t have all the time in the world to spend on makeup/hair, etc. so when I find products that make me feel and look good you better believe I am buying them.

These products are essentials to keep your face glowing, protected, and taken care of. You’ll never regret taking such good care of your skin, I promise.

I am new to the Beautycounter world, and I am learning all about their products. Honestly, I am so amazed at how many of these products are multi-taskers! I love that you can use one product for multiple purposes, like the cleansing balm.
