We gave our Bonus Room a much needed refresh for spring, and if you’re following me on Instagram you have already seen this reel where I shared the reveal. And, if you’e been following for a while now you know that this space has undergone several makeovers since we have moved into our home. Our Bonus room is large, and has an amazing potential for any design however we have never really figured out our own purpose of the room until recently. It has become a true bonus space for us, a cool hangout space for everyone. Our Basement is essentially a favorite hangout space, (see here) but our Bonus room now is now another hangout spot everyone loves.
Bonus Room
Our Bonus room is our new favorite hangout space. I wanted to create a space with affordable finds that elevate a space but won’t break the bank and love how this turned out. Our gallery wall is the focal point as you enter the room and these oversized frames are such a statement. We rearranged the entire room (if you remember from before the sofa sectional was against the wall that the gallery wall is on now) and sectioned it off for this living room view. The other half of the Bonus room is completely different (not shared here yet).
