The Holiday season is upon us, and one of my favorite things to do is bake with the family. Wayfair has everything you need to get ready for the Holiday season, from decor preparation to kitchen essentials. I found all the kitchen essentials we needed on Wayfair, and they also make a great gift.
Whether you are hosting a large family, or just having a breakfast as a family these banana muffins are sure to be your favorite. We baked for breakfast, and they were gone that same day. You can see how we baked them HERE.

Banana Muffins
We love this healthier version of banana muffins for breakfast!
Ingredients
2 mashed bananas
2 tsp honey
2 tsp coconut oil
1 cup of gluten free flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Add walnuts and chocolate chip (optional)
Whisk all of the liquid ingredients, including the mashed bananas, in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line muffin tin with liners.
Add all of the remaining ingredients, and stir until just evenly mixed and smooth.
Add muffin batter into the liners, and bake for about 20 minutes.
Check with toothpick to see if baked completely. Insert toothpick in the middle of the muffin, if it’s clean it’s done.
Let it cool off for about 15 minutes, and then the liners come off easily.
You can even freeze them for another day, but we end up eating them all in a day or two.

You can shop all the essentials here.

These pieces also make a great Housewarming gift, just tie everything with a pretty bow.
