It’s the time of the year when we can all use a little immunity support using this simple roller recipe.
Ever since I started using essential oils in our household (read more about that here), I have been researching all bout different blends we can use to combat the cold and flue season. I am determined to keep our family feeling well.

These are the Immune Boosting Essential Oils —
- Thieves
- Rosemary
- Oregano
- Lemon
- Cinnamon Bark
- Clove
- Frankincense
- Tea Tree
- Eucalyptus
- Lemongrass
- Peppermint
- Cypress
Perhaps the most popular and well-known immune-boosting essential oil blend is Thieves.
Warning: This roller is for adults, but to make the same one for kids you will need to dilute them based on their age. I always encourage everyone to do their own research with everything anyone shares (including myself) as you are the gatekeeper of your family. I make this roller and use it for the whole family.

Immunity Support Roller
Make your own using a 10mL glass bottle that you can get from Amazon.
- 8 drops of Thieves oil
- 8 drops of Lemon oil
- 6 drops or Frankincense oil
- 3 drops of Oregano oil
- 3 drops of Tea Tree oil
*top bottle with your choice of carrier oil.
Fractionated coconut oil is ideal, but you can also use jojoba oil or sweet almond oil. Swirl to combine.
To use: Apply liberally to the wrists, neck, spine, or the bottoms of the feet.
Here is the Guide to diluting essential oils for kids and babies from Young Living.
“Carrier oils ensure that EO’s applied topically are comfortable. Dilution with a carrier oil does not dilute the effect of the EO, and prevents waste due to an excessive application.” -Young Living Website
Remember, essential oils are very potent. A little goes a long way. The younger the child, the weaker you want the roller to be which means less drops of essential oils.

Essential oils have become a routine in our home now and I wish I started using them sooner. But, it’s never too late so if you have been thinking about joining Young Living Community this would be the perfect time. With Winter around the corner, we are more susceptible to getting sick as our immune system needs more support that we tend to lack during these months.
If you’d like to sign up, you can enroll with me, just make sure the member number 25675723 appears in both the “Enroller” and “Sponsor ID” fields. To get your Premium Starter Kit go here.

Thieves, Lemon, and Frankincense come in the Premium Starter Kit while Oregano and Tea Tree do not. However, you can add them to your Monthly Order as part of your ER (Essential Rewards). You can read more about ER and what they are here. But, essentially to not pay the retail price that you see on these oils when you go to YoungLiving.com you will want to become member and buy a Starter Kit (I went with the Premium Starter Kit) and then sign up for Essential Rewards so you can get all the benefits, like money back on your purchases. If you’re wondering if the Essential Rewards are worth it, you can read about that here.
