I’d say overall, I am a pretty emotionally balanced person but the last several months have been a whirlwind for me and sometimes I find myself feeling…well not like myself. I am certain a lot of it has to do with everything going on in the world too.

I wouldn’t actually consider myself to be an emotional person but I am also human and sometimes I break down. Sometimes I just cannot help it, which is another reason I wanted to give essential oils a try. I have read about these oils for so long that I had to incorporate them into our daily lives.

The other day I made myself the infamous Unicorn Blend Roller because it is full of emotional supporting oils that make me feel like I can do anything. It pulls me out of a slump, it makes me feel good, and it smells amazing.

Unicorn Roller Blend

Ingredients:

• 10 ml glass roller
• 10 drops Frankincense
• 10 drops Stress Away
• 10 drops Valor
• 10 drops Bergamot
• 10 drops Orange

Bergamot and Orange do not come in your Starter Kit, however you can add them to your Monthly ER order. Ask me how!

Instructions:

• Add in all oil drops
• Fill the rest with carrier oil
• Put on roller and top
• Shake and Enjoy!
• You can apply to wrists, over heart, neck, or onto your vita-flex points.

How to use it?

I use it daily by applying to my wrists, and whenever I am feeling like the world is on top of me. It helps support all those emotions we go through. Bonus: it doubles as a perfume and smells so good!!

If you are feeling overwhelmed whether by everyday momlife, current world crisis, financial problems, house hunting, family, etc. whatever is that is making you feel emotional and on the edge you can apply this roller for help. It supports all the emotions.

Want to make it in a spray bottle?

I love the idea of having this blend in a spray bottle so I got the prettiest bottle from Whimsy+Wellness, and created this same blend but in a spray bottle.

Ingredients:

• Using same oils from above (you can adjust amount of essential oils as you want. I did 15 drops of each for the spray bottle.)

• Using a 2oz spray bottle

• Add your essential oils to your bottle (I am using a 2oz spray bottle)

• Let the oils sit for 48 hours

• After 48 hours add in your alcohol (I added vodka)

• I read it’s best to let the perfume bottle sit for a month before using

I know it’s hard to wait but I hear it’s totally worth it. I will report back what I think too!
